Power Battery Features
In-house Quality Tests before Delivery:
1.Capacity Test : Batteries are discharged at 0.3 C rate. After 150 minutes of continuous discharge, the battery voltage under load must be 1.75 volt/cell to pass.
2.High Load Test : A load of 2C is applied for 5 minutes while the terminal voltage is monitored. To pass the voltage must be > 10.88 volt / per battery.
3.Visual Inspection : Batteries are inspected for proper appearance of battery case, terminals, seals, marking and the absence of electrolyte leakage.
4.Overcharge Test : Fully charged batteries are overcharged at the rate of 0.1 C amps for 48 hours and are then expected to produce a runtime of 8.5 hours, or at least 95% of the initial capacity and an absence of any problem signs.
